While Unruly is applic­a­ble to a wide audi­ence– pro­fes­sion­al­ly and per­son­al­ly, the under­pin­nings of the ​“Unruly approach” are decid­ed­ly Jew­ish. The ​“Unruly approach” allows any­one to find the moral, legal, and eth­i­cal path to indi­vid­u­al­ized suc­cess. It requires a deep under­stand­ing of (and respect for) the rules — both writ­ten and unwrit­ten — before ask­ing the ques­tions of where there is space with­in the rules for inter­pre­ta­tion. The ​“Unruly approach” drove Lauren’s own suc­cess in acad­e­mia, in busi­ness, in gov­ern­ment, in her advo­ca­cy roles, and life over­all — and can dri­ve suc­cess par­tic­u­lar­ly for Jew­ish audi­ences that intu­itive­ly grav­i­tate to an approach that chal­lenges the stan­dard inter­pre­ta­tions of the rules while always fit­ting solid­ly with­in the rules.
